Strengths & Skills

  • Communication - Listening, understanding, and speaking in a way people can understand come naturally to me. I love to take ideas, vision, and instruction and present them to those who can listen and put these things into action.
  • Adaptability - I am comfortable with stability and with change. I am able to accomplish my goals using many different avenues and by incorporating planning and split second decisions. There are few situations where I cannot achieve success.
  • Strategic - My leadership is characterized by vision and direction. I define goals as well as how they will be accomplished. When I am a leader my team is going somewhere and each member knows how to get there.
  • Ideation - I thrive on ideas. I love to learn and I love to teach with well tested methods and by breaking new ground. I am constantly trying to improve and often ask "are we functioning at the best we possibly can?"
  • Woo - I win people over. People trust and admire me. I lead based on mutual love and authenticity. Under my leadership people feel cared for and are passionate about what I am passionate about. Passionate people work hard to achieve their goals.
  • Honesty - I lead through transparency. I deliver the truth in a loving and helpful way so that everyone involved can embrace necessary action. This level of relational openness comes through in leading a service, preaching, and across the board in any ministry I run.
